These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts between Michael Web Design and the client, unless otherwise stated. Michael Web Design reserves the right to halt a project with any person or company who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for completed projects.

Warranty

Our websites are guaranteed to function as installed. It is our policy to fix the installed software if it does not function as agreed to.  You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes, however if you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that everything will work.

Ownership

Michael Web Design retains the right to reuse any code, including but not limited to XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our code, modified or unmodified. We reserve the right to display any purchased work on the Michael Web Design portfolio.

Liability

In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
